Cheap Flights from Miami to Toronto Pearson from C$ 110 | (MIA - YYZ) - KAYAK (2022)

This flight was canceled and we were told flight doesn’t exist, delta did a horrible job.

D lta is pretty good, not a big fan of American. Had a lot of issues with connections and American, not with Delta recently

The airport was chaos. TSA was a massive line and took forever. Everyone thought they would miss their flights

Pros: "Crew was excellent, seats are never excellent"

Pros: "The crew is always smiling and ready to help you and I really like that."

Pros: "Seat was comfortable and the crew was courteous."

Pros: "There was an available seat next to me"

Cons: "I had to walk from one end of Minneapolis airport to the other end all within 35 mins to catch a connecting flight, tram was not in service. Not fun!!!"

Pros: "Very pleasant crew. Very helpful And always smiling"

Pros: "I fly a lot, and I am very impressed with the level of consistency that Delta has offered the last couple of months. This flight didn’t disappoint. The crew was particularly friendly"

Cons: "Nothing I can think of-10/10"

Cons: "Delays were unfortunate, but the gate area at LaGuardia was way too crammed, hardly any seats, and poorly organized"

Pros: "The Airbus was so futuristic. If you can make it more futuristic, even better."

Cons: "I didn't like that I had to put my bag under when there was plenty of room overhead."

Pros: "Amazing entertainment display and the boarding process is smooth."

Pros: "Crew was amazing."

Cons: "Good"

Pros: "Nothing"

Cons: "They charged me $646 for the flight. And we departed 40 min later. I arrived late to my work. They gave me seat in the back of the plane. Horrible"

Pros: "Extra leg room was great"

Cons: "Entertainment system was flickering"

Pros: "The take off and landing were very smooth and the crew was nice."

Cons: "Crying baby aboard"

Pros: "Crew were helpful and pleasant"

Cons: "Seating was uncomfortable, cabin was cold and no blankets available, food was just ok, plane had lots of empty seats yet everyone was squeezed into 3 in a row making it uncomfortable, no updates from captain or crew as to where we were in the flight....."

Cons: "The baggage drop attendant was very unhelpful when I asked if she could help me sort out an issue (when I checked in online for the second leg of my trip, i paid for my bag then but they wanted me to pay again for my first flight) and just dismissed me and said she couldn't help, making me pay again for my bag. First time I've ever had an unpleasant experience with Delta."

Pros: "On time, great service, a lot of legroom."

Cons: "Nothing."

Pros: "Seats. Service. Timing"

Pros: "Left on time all went well in Atlanta"

Cons: "Impossible to figure out what to do in Toronto at Canadian Customs. You move from secure to unsecure then back to secure. It’s a mess and nobody tells you what to do or where to go. Picture process took 4 times. Nobody tells you that you have to transfer your own bags from Delta to West Jet. I even asked in a Toronto and they said no and nobody in Atlanta told me to collect my bags. So bags never made it until the next AM. The West Jet rep was very good and located the bags and they were delivered as promised. You should provide 3 page detailed instructions on how to handle Toronto. I am a seasoned traveler by the way. I’ve never seen anything worse. I could go on and on."

Cons: "Z"

Cons: "All went well"

Pros: "Good friendly staff. Delta Studios is neat."

Pros: "Refurbished plane. Lighting was good"

Cons: "No TV screen"

Pros: "I always love flying on Delta! The service is always excellent. The crew is always nice and attentive!"

Pros: "Overall the actual flight was good..landing was kind of hard but I'm alive so not stressing that"

Cons: "..but the multiple delays are ridiculous, I would not fly Delta if I had a feasible choice."

Cons: "No space in the seats"

Pros: "Entertainment"

Cons: "Flight was delayed"

Pros: "Delta graciously rebooked us on a different flight."

Cons: "Late delayed notification after we reached airport and kept delaying for several hours"

Pros: "I am not one who enjoys flying. I don't think there ever will be a time that I enjoy flying. However, the pilot, stewards, and all other workers on delta were very nice."

Cons: "I don't like flying so there really wasn't anything I liked."

Pros: "Loved the new aircrafts, the flight attendants were friendly and attentive. We landed 40 mins earlier than expected, the captain really sped the whole way and I didn't feel a thing!! The landing didn't even feel as though we were speeding...one of the best flights I've ever had (Jessica England) thank you!"

Cons: "Food options, early morning flights I get you're not going to have real food, but can there be an option to purchase a bagel with cream cheese or croissant, something other than a snack box. I understand the flight is under 3 hours so certain foods aren't available but Delta you upgraded everything else. I enjoy the Tapas box for those that are vegan, kosher, gluten free, etc....PS-the bathrooms are smaller"

Pros: "Exit row seat with no seat in front. Was able to stretch legs."

Pros: "Crew"

Cons: "3 hours there before the departure."

Pros: "Pretty much nothing"

Cons: "Delta. They just hate their passengers"

Cons: "The plane was delayed for 5 hours and the ride was longer than expected."

Pros: "I got home. That's the highlight. We didn't have any incidents."

Cons: "Took off late because the bus to transport flight attendants were late. Backed up once into New York. Had to circle several times. Once landed we waited in a queue behind 10 aircraft."

Pros: "Crew was nice"

Cons: "Always a delay with Delta"

Pros: "nothing"

Cons: "I will avoid the airline at all costs"

Cons: "Plane was dirty when boarding and older than usual with a broken intercom speaker above us - squawking volume that rang every time the captain or seatbelt light came on. Staff were loud throughout this evening flight where everyone tried to get some shut eye. NOT kid friendly. overhead bins didn't fit the standard carry on correctly requiring everyone to place them sideways with wasted space and therefore not enough luggage room for everyone, crowding an already fully booked flight. A few more reasons why we'll never fly delta again"

Pros: "The crew were wonderful, efficient, and professional."

Cons: "On this Delta flight operated by Virgin Atlantic one of us was unable to check in or change our seats. You think you are getting Delta but everything must be done through VA. VA bag weights are less than Delta and the seat was incredibly cramped. We both had to sit with our legs bowed to the side as the seat ahead was so close. For nine hours we were cramped and could not sleep due to only be able to squeeze into one position. To get into the seat I put on leg in and then sat on the armrest and then brought my other leg up and then lowered my but into the seat. I am not even 6 feet tall and had this issue. So due to the difficult online check-in and seat selection and to the cramped seats we will never fly Virgin Atlantic again."

Pros: "Comfortable seats and great flight attendants."

Cons: "The boarding. Having to wait for people to place their carry ons."

Pros: "i love the view from the window seats and that I was able to relax and the snacks."

Pros: "Nothing"

Cons: "I paid additional money for 3 seats together, when I got to check in I was told I cannot do that. I had to sit separately from my children. I was sat next to an obese man. I kindly asked the flight attendant if I can take empty seat across the aisle from me and was told no without a reason. I thought we were doing social distance ,but apparently not. As for there earlier claim of no 3 seats available next to each other .. it was obviously a lie because the seats just across from me where empty. I hope not to fly on American Airlines again."

Pros: "yes"

Cons: "nothing"

Cons: "No gate when we landed."

Pros: "On time, good boarding process."

Pros: "Very uncomfortable seating even though paid for preferred. Not enough space for carry on."

Cons: "Crew service"

Pros: "Crew was very nice."

Cons: "N/A"

Pros: "This was the best plane I’ve ever been on. 737-800"

Pros: "Polite crew"

Cons: "No air traffic"

Pros: "Crew was good"

Cons: "Plan was in poor condition and needs updated and cleaned"

Cons: "No delay"

Pros: "Very nice crew."

Pros: "Pilot did great job, superb smooth landing."

Cons: "The two male flight attendants could have been a bit more friendly."

Pros: "No"

Cons: "Seats are too close"

Pros: "Comfortable flight. 2"

Pros: "Entertainment available excellent"

Cons: "Seating space seems to narrow"

Cons: "When I checked in on line, I was asked to choose my seat. However, there were no seats available that were free of added charge. I had to pay another $50.00 for a seat. I do believe, when I have a confirmed ticket, I should not have to pay an additional charge for a seat."

Cons: "Only arriving in Madrid took 1/2 to open the door"

Pros: "Knowing what carousel luggage was at - I suppose."

Cons: "Extended wait times in taxi departing and landing - took over an hour longer than expected. LaGuardia airport forced passengers to take their car services by walking outside and waiting in a parking garage with (12 degree Fahrenheit feels like -4 and 20 mph winds). Felt frostbite, couldn’t move fingers, and have a sinus headache. absolutely appalling this is NY and USA - yet we can’t have car services pick up pasengers outside the door of the airport, instead require to walk 7 minutes and stand in a freezing air tunnel airport garage. Changes my mind on flying to LAGUARDIA in the future"

Pros: "Service for wheelchair was excellent with staff at checking counters"

Pros: "Price, entertainment, direct flight"

Cons: "Plane left because pilot was late, little to no legroom for a 6"2 person. Boarding procedure is a joke. Instead of their group system the plane should be boarded from the back. By the time group 8 comes on board there is no room in the overhead bins."

Pros: "The flagship first seats in American Airlines are among the best in class given that I only flew from Miami to JFK. Fully flat beds and ample room."

Cons: "Very limited food options."

Pros: "Nothing"

Cons: "Was missed due to delayed flight"

Cons: "I am very disappointed with my flight this morning on American Airlines 1533. The crew did an excellent job. The issue, however, is the media AA chose to play at 8:30am. The NBC show that was playing on every overhead TV on the flight featured a woman being sexually assaulted by a man, someone being bludgeoned with a piece a wood until they lay unconscience in a pool of blood, and woman with a gun to her head as she’s being yelled at by multiple men. I was flying with my three year old son. Why on earth is it necessary to show this tv show (or any show that has mature/adult ratings) on a flight that is obviously going to have audiences of all ages? Our flight had a dozen or so children and when you show prime time trash on the overhead TVs, it’s really tough to keep kids from looking forward the entire length of the 2 hour flight so they don’t watch a woman being raped, a man being beaten, or someone being held at gunpoint. I am traveling on behalf of the US government so I didn’t have to pay for my ticket. I did, however, pay for my 3 year old son to accompany me on the flight and I am wholly unsatisfied with the AA team responsible for choosing in-flight ‘entertainment.’ I’m not sure if NBC pays AA to feature their shows or AA has to pay NBC for the pleasure of featuring their trash but either way, what in the world are you guys thinking?"

Pros: "Left and arrived more or less on time. No major issues."

Cons: "Gates are way too far apart in Miami and the golf carts to get between areas seem to require reservations and long waits. Ridiculous. Most MIA staff was very rude (this wasn't American's own staff, or TSA, I should note). American stripped my group of our seat assignments (which we had selected 6 months prior) without reason and with minimal apology. No solution offered. Got middle seats but luckily was able to switch on one of the computer kiosks. Flight crew didn't seem to care that other people moved to the for-pay seats further up front (the flight wasn't full)... so why did we lose our seat assignments and get grief with not being able to select anything good? Not impressed."

Pros: "On time"

Cons: "Small seats"

Cons: "No personal TV’s and no food for purchase"

Cons: "Our luggage was ruined and our stuff inside in bubble wrap was smashed to bits!"

Pros: "Flying AA. Excellent flight"

Cons: "No wifi. Pay only"

Cons: "The boarding process."

Pros: "Plane was newer, had TV/interactive entertainment centers in the back of all the headrests. Crew on board was polite, cheerful, & friendly. Excellent service from the on board staff. Plane had WiFi & plug ins to charge/use items"

Cons: "Almost missed our flight home because American Airlines lost/screwed up our round trip tickets. We were not able to check in quickly or efficiently, & service was appalling, staff was either poorly trained or uneducated. We tried using the kiosk to check in, to avoid the long line. That didn’t work, so we found help. They told us to retry, wasting time, finding out what we had already informed them of. They passed us off to another gate/service counter, who’s line was closed off. So we had to duck the divider. They then redirected us to the kiosks after we informed them it couldn’t find our reservations, so they tried (wasted more time) failed & sent us back to the line we were already in. After that wait we talked to the person at the desk, who also couldn’t find our reservation. They said “I don’t know it’s not in here, what do you want me to do?” I had to tell them to call a manager to get it fixed, we were going to miss our flight. They called & found the problem, then at 3:15ish reissued us tickets for our 3:30 return flight. Still had to get through TSA! There was also NO phone call to hold the plane or to arrange an airport people mover cart. They talked with the TSA agent who told us to go 2 checkpoints down where the line was shorter. So the American Airlines attendant told us to run. Turns out in Miami Airport there is almost a quarter mile of poorly labeled counter space. Went through TSA having 12 min before our reassigned flight left. TSA was helpful, & did their best to get us through quickly. We were then informed we were near gate 22 & our gate was 3, so rushing down another concourse we barely made our return flight home. Where we were forced to check our carry-on. My girlfriend was crying, we were sweaty (from hustling when we never should of had too), hungry, embarrassed, enraged, & not sitting together for our 3+ hr flight! Unacceptable after a 4hr drive to the airport in traffic & returning the rental car at 1:40!"

Pros: "Crew"

Cons: "The service had much to be desired. The stewardess who was serving our section was curt and rude. Whenever I would ask for a napkin (that she had forgotten to give with my drink, I might add) or any other questions, she would come off as annoyed and as if I was testing her patience, which I did not appreciate as I had been having a horrible experience with American Airlines as it was. Also, why do you not serve milk with your coffee? The flight only served half and half, and I cannot have cream in my coffee at all. So unless you want to clean up my diarrhea in your toilets, I suggest you start giving options. It's not like milk is a scarce delicacy in the US. How is it that other airlines offer both milk and cream, but I get told by your staff, rudely, that half and half "is milk" and that it's all you have? Unbelievable. I hate to be a b*** but honestly this isn't the first time that I got treated like this on AA. I always seem to have a horrible experience with this airline."

Pros: "Gate flight updates"

Cons: "No information on luggage even though they knew luggage was not received in London They could have sent me an update instead of having me wait at carousel for 1:30 hours waiting for my bag to show up"

Cons: "I am missing two items that I had in my checked bag and my clothes and belongings were all messy as if it had been gone through. I am very upset that these items were likely taken by whoever went through my bag."

Pros: "It was an ok airplane, entertainment system worked"

Cons: "The flight was delayed 2.15 hours and didn't even offered water or anything, after a while they said if we wanted we could go out of the plane... really bad!"

Cons: "AA didnt give a boarding pass because of an error in their computer. When it was finally resolved the flight was gone and all they could say was sorry and said they would refund the money. They would not accomodate us or try to get us on another flight until they day of the returning flight. Unfortunately because of this my father missed seeing his friends and family who he has not seen in over 40 years for a reunion. We never received notification that anything was wrong with the flight and we were given the run around for 2 hours until they realized it was their fault and we missed the flight. Then they just offered a refund. In my opinion they were overbooked and did this on purpose, because it could have been resolved in minutes. I am disappointed with all parties involved including Kayak because of not notifying us of a problem. Thanks for ruining possibly the last time my father would be able to see his family and friends."

Pros: "Entertainment system in Economy is really good, big screens and also plug point and usb points for charging."

Cons: "Aisle is cramped so that you get nudged when trolley is being carted up and down. Food was pretty rubbish most of mine went to the bin (this is a terrible waste, rather not get served this and bring my own on board)."

Cons: "Again American Airlines was LATE. It was boarding time and no agent was at the gate. 10 minutes past boarding time the screen shows that the flight is delayed 25 minutes... but wait, there is still no plane at the gate! After 45 minutes the plane arrived, again had to be "cleaned" and prepared for flight back to SF. Customers were told the flight was delayed because Air Traffic Control issues in SF, but there was no plane in sight... Again I felt we were being lied to. The plane was filthy with garbage everywhere still. I will never fly American Airlines by choice!"

Pros: "nothing. seriously I have NOTHING good to say about this trip"

Cons: "We boarded or flight just a few minutes late initially then had to taxi back to the gate to fix AC(?!) electrical issues, which were seemingly fixed just as we started to de-plane. Then after a slew of nonsense announcements about waiting for a new pilot, redirecting the destination, and basically misinformation about reboarding, we are told that the flight MIGHT be canceled; It has been nothing but one excuse after another and honestly after a 4 hour delay with no real answers, I really cannot find any reason to fly this airline ever again. Such poor service."

Pros: "The entertainment was updated and refreshing."

Cons: "Snacks was only pretzel"

Pros: "Streaming entertainment with great choices Not too crowded so got my upgrade"

Cons: "Food was disgusting... bland cheese lasagna or small wet noodle salad with piece of chicken. This menu has been going for years! Old B757 No sparkling water but 75 variations of Coca Cola"

Pros: "Nothing"

Cons: "Everything"

Pros: "Flight on time"

Cons: "Airplane should be a bit more modern."

Pros: "Fantastic customer service - from lounge to arrival gate. Unlike BA this airline does recognize its frequent flyers and upgrades us often to business. I fly a lot - Executive Platinum - and this makes a huge difference."

Cons: "My connecting flight LHR to AMS was on BA and they really droped the ball compared to AA."

Pros: "Fabulous crew and service, absolutely fantastic."

Cons: "Having to get off!"

Pros: "Crew friendly and efficient."

Cons: "Flatbed width tight"

Pros: "The flight attendants were courteous and the ride was very smooth, I felt at home."

(Video) American Airlines EMBARRASSING First Class - London to New York

Cons: "We received no snacks coming back home to Jamaica but we give thanks for you guys informing us."

Cons: "Flight from Miami last night was delayed 3.5 hours (which was a 9:30pm departure to 12:30am departure) There was horrible weather that prevented the Flight captain to arrive on time for our flight. (he was en route from NYC to MIA). But instead of providing accommodations, the times changed and then they boarded us on the plane where we proceeded to wait almost an hour on the plane before take off. Arrived at DCA at 3 am....not a goo start to a work week."

Pros: "The actual attendants on board were perfunctory but had zero urgency or understanding that we had been delayed or notified we'd be so delayed. Appeared there was zero communcation between the gate staff and actual crew. So much was so 'typical Miami' which is just a sad way any travel experience should be described. I expect more from the largest global airline especially when I just listened to several interviews from the CEO who appeared to pride himself to be accurate in being the best to serve his patrons."

The seat was full of crumbs. Covid clean does not mean aesthetic cleaning Waiting for my suitcase was just too long. Even after the train from terminal c to a and the line in immigration, it still took 50 minutes

I was denied to board the flight with no Reason and was told I was marked as No Show meanwhile I was at the airport and the Time if Check-in and the American Airlines Agent by the name Brandon denied to Check me in Smh what a terrible experience I will never forget....purchase my Ticket back in June and only for me to be denied on the day I was scheduled to travel and then I have to purchase a new Ticket directly with Delta .😦😦

Pros: "Somewhat"

Cons: "Food"

Pros: "The crew were all nice."

Cons: "Aircraft VERY aged--NO charging ports?! Entertainment screens tiny and old touch screen interface, slow to respond. Remote control on arm rest=accidental volume changes and such. Do NOT get the veggie pasta, it's terrible. Overhead bins do not hold large bags correctly."

Pros: "On time good service"

Cons: "Very cramped seats on old plane."

Cons: "I don’t like the configuration BA is using in Business class. The staggered seating with 50% rear facing makes griping in and out of seats"

Pros: "The crew was incredible"

Cons: "Nothing"

Pros: "Lots of room, drinks and snacks friendly crew"

Cons: "Heathrow Airport is a nightmare"

Pros: "Customer service was great when I miss my conecting flight they helped me get a new one"

Cons: "The plane was old, and also i ran from my gate to the conecting flight and i missed it. Honestly it was impossible to make it."

Pros: "Food extremely ordinary-crew scarce when needed-stuff “sitting” around when they should be removed-standards of “American airlines” r way below others & should not be-BA whom I booked with should find another partner-Still waiting to be impressed by a NA airline"

Cons: "Service, staff, food. Hoping the return flight will be a bit above the norm"

Pros: "The representative at Miami took forever to get a wheelchair. She did not pay attention to my ticket that states assistant needed until I said so. She was in a hurry n did not give me all her attention. I think she was rude and inconsiderate based on my age or don’t feel like been bothered"

Cons: "The representative at Miami took forever to get a wheelchair. She did not pay attention to my ticket that states assistant needed until I said so. She was in a hurry n did not give me all her attention. I think she was rude and inconsiderate based on my age or don’t feel like been bothered"

Pros: "The crew on the plane were lovely and the service was great. We paid for exit seats so had lots of leg room."

Cons: "The plane was very old and the entertainment system poor. Small screens, no wifi and laggy interface."

Cons: "Crew were not serving water on the plain that is very important during flights. Head phones were very poor quality and stereo system was making a very bad noise."

Pros: "The flight was delayed prior to leaving the gate, while lined up to take off and during the flight. All delays were promptly explained by members of the flight deck. The cabin crew were outstanding nothing seemed to be too much of a inconvenience to them."

Pros: "Meal was delicious"

Cons: "Flight delayed by rain - normal. Very little communication. Old plane with antiquated technology. Flight was extremely warm."

Pros: "Plenty food. Very well looked after by the crew. Lots of good movies."

Cons: "Some of the screens had a scratches on them."

Cons: "The layover in London was too short and we missed the follow-on flight due to the flight getting into London late and BA not getting us through the terminal rapidly."

Pros: "British Airways has definitely got their act together it was a brilliant flight and the service was excellent it was a pleasure to see."

Pros: "Mediocre experience on the ground; much better in the air -- competent, pleasant cabin crew."

Cons: "It seems amazing to me that BA will leave 50 First and Business Class passengers standing in line while they pre-board "families with young children". Some of the families had children who were 7 or 8 years old and certainly had no need for pre-boarding; its just an opportunistic way of jumping the queue. Similarly, some of the "elderly" passengers who claim to need pre-boarding on departure spring to their feet and dash down the aisle on arrival. Air Canada boards Business Class first on this same route; I'm going to migrate back to them, as virtually everything else on the two flights is comparable."

Cons: "No WIFI"

Cons: "Flight attendant moved my purse into an overhead bin while I slept They Couldn’t find it for over an hour. Panic. Passport and cash in purse."

Pros: "Certainly not the female airline attendant from Johannesburg to London on 1/4/2018."

Cons: "I boarded the plane and made a mistake by sitting in the wrong seat and placed my hang-up bag in the overhead compartment. When I realized that my actual seat was 10 rows back on the very last row, I moved, leaving my hang-up bag near the first seat. As time passed, I heard a woman on the intercom say something about a lost "jumper". After learning that a "jumper" is a sweater, I asked the nearby airline attendant if the sweater was a navy color, like the one that I had left in the overhead. A female airline attendant came to me, carrying my hang-up bag with my sweater and repeated 4 times that I was lucky because she was about to put my "jumper" and hangup-bag off the plane and leave it in Johannesburg since no one had responded sooner!!!! I was so stunned that I could not say anything. I only kept wondering why would anyone go into the overhead and start pulling things out? Why would someone take such extreme measures and not walk down the aisle, asking every person on the plane, including the people on the back row? This type of thing could happen to anyone. Since I did not have a name tag on the bag and I live in the US, it would have been near impossible to ever find my bag again if left in So.Africa! Plus, the woman went on and on in a very rude & condescending manor when all I could do was sit in shock, wondering why she would take the time to go through the overhead and look for a hang-up bag that does not have a name tag!!!!"

Pros: "Food was nice"

Cons: "Poor screen quality, ok selection of movies compared to other airlines, poor selection of audio"

Pros: "Service an excellence"

Cons: "Everything was fantastic."

Pros: "Everything"

Cons: "Couldn't take the flight because I was not allowed to check a bag. No mention of this was made when I booked."

Pros: "Nothing. British Airways refused to help us"

Cons: "Took over two hours on the phone to try and get rebooked. Missed the last flight out of the night due to incompetence. British Airways desk check in staff was so rude, wouldn't even talk to us. Thank goodness for the helpful Air Canada grind crew in Toronto."

Pros: "My flight was changed from Philadelphia to London"

Cons: "Little leg space"

Pros: "Great space and sit in Economy Plus area"

Cons: "The check in process in Miami airport. Crowded, slow."

Pros: "Very good experience, will travel with you again."

Pros: "That the flight only came in 15 minutes late."

Cons: "An old beat up plane in desperate need of renovation especially for a long haul flight. Only one nice flight attendant who tried to help. Others not interested. Terrible seat that I tried to move with no success. Did not eat anything or watch any entertainment. Very unpleasant experience. I have flown this route many times and next time I would fly Swiss through Zurich or Geneva as I have done before."

Pros: "Nothing"

Cons: "No good provisions for infants"

Pros: "Flying BA is like flying any other American provider. The service was good, the food was meager and mediocre. We flew the same route with SWISS Air a few months ago and the seats are a bit more comfy and the food, snacks and drink were more frequent and delicious."

Cons: "Nothing not to like, just have had better for same economy ticket."

Pros: "Everything"

Cons: "Really nothing"

Cons: "This flight was delayed for 3 hrs which meant I would miss 2 onward connections-- had to be re- booked on American"

Pros: "That you could watch movies and shows from the headrest, very helpful to pass the time. They fed us a lot (very salty) and were very nice."

Cons: "I was in the back in the cheap seats (row 50) with a friend, we are both small to regular size and the guy seated in the aisle seat was very small and it was still difficult to get up and around each other to use the restroom. Oh well I paid $462 for round trip and arrived safely, that's what matters most."

Pros: "Clear boarding, polite crew and a terrific set of films and TV shows."

Cons: "6ft 2 frame in economy was very tight and aisle seats have little space next to entertainment base stations. Food was acceptable, no more."

Pros: "I got upgraded which was a huge bonus and the staff were great and attentive."

Cons: "BA flight was ok, but as we booked through American Airlines, online check-in was impossible. In consequence we could get only separated seats, needed more time for checkin etc. As we have booked the flight with AA Budapest-London-Miami-Sao-Paolo, and Santiago-Miami-London- Budapest, we faced this problem several times."

Pros: "Silent aircraft, good indoor climate"

Cons: "Food was awful, boarding takes too long"

Cons: "Departed one hour late from Miami"

Cons: "The flight was delayed by 4 hours because maintenance needed to change a tire on the airplane. The delay would have been acceptable if it wasn't for the excuses the airline offered. First, they said maintenance couldn't find a spare tire, and when they did rob a tire from another plane, they said the delay was due to FAA paperwork. These reasons, most likely true, suggest American Airlines (British Airways sub-contracted this flight to its partner, American Airlines) was not prepared to handle such an emergency."

Pros: "The crew was nice and the food was alright. Good entertainment and comfy plane."

Pros: "Nice and polite flight attendants"

Cons: "Breakfast was very poor and bad."

Pros: "I made it safely to Barcelona"

Cons: "Where shall I begin? The crew was ok, makes me miss flying JetBlue, the crew can learn a lot from them in what customer service and friendly crew is about!!! In my opinion, if they had the chance to learn, this crew would be the same as they are, because it feels like, get them in and complete the shift. The seat was so uncomfortable that I spent the entire 9 hrs awake. The entertainment was terrible. When watching a movie you can't simply start it when you want so if you miss show time when it started you have to begin where it is...I hope that 1st class is different than what it feels like to ride in coach because it makes me feel like steerage! I most certainly would not take this airline to Europe unless I had better accommodations because being in the coach section sucks!"

Pros: "A long haul flight in coach can be interesting, but the BA staff, as always, were very cordial. Security was great...thorough."

Pros: "I have no complaints"

Pros: "The food and service was good. The seats in coach were uncomfortable and the entertainment was subar as there were only 8 or so movies no being recent release"

Cons: "The lack of decent movies"

Pros: "We took off with an hour delay but we caught up so there were no delays in London. Smooth flight. The guy at check in was great, very helpful and pleasant (I forgot his name unfortunately)."

Cons: "-The crew was pretty unfriendly. They did not smile and one crew basically yelled at me becasue he did not hear my reply when he asked what I want for dinner so instead of asking politely again he started to yell at me "Chicken or pasta?'"- I think Allistair was his name. The other lady also came across rude to me when she said "You have to speak up becasue I cant hear you!"- sorry, English is not my first language but I think the polite way should have been "Sorry m'am I could not hear you, could you please spak up?" - entertainment needs better selection"

Pros: "The customer service phone number was impossible to get through on in order to take to someone within 24 hours of my flight in order to make my Special Meals request as I have Celiac's Disease. I was unable to make this selection at booking as when you book through a third party like Expedia, which I did, you cannot access the same internal tools required to make that selection. You can ONLY then call once you have checked in before the flight in order to let the airline know of your Special Meal needs. This is not only a terrible policy as it undercuts those who ARE ultimately still buying tickets to their airline, and that the airline is CHOOSING to sell. It provided me with an extremely subpar experience of the airline but left up to the last minute with doubts about my ability to board a 13 he international flight without the reassurance that I would have ANY meals aboard and no other options should that be the case. Right before my flight departed I was reassured that the information we had requested Expedia relay to the airline internally the day before, who we called when we couldn't get through to the airline, WAS able to convey this Special Meal request and I was going to have food on the flight, so I then did not purchase a bunch of snacks in the airport to have as options. The first meal in, no Special Meal was provided and I had to explain then entire situation all over again. They assured me they would figure it out and get me taken care of. However, no one who assisted me conveyed this to anyone else on the flight and every time food was dispersed, same situation. This was stressful and exhausting and the options provided me were modified to be gluten free, such as an entire plate of fruit for my snack, instead of the protein heavy snack everyone else received, because there truly wasn't extra for that type of dietary restriction. This was stressful and I was very hungry on the flight. One of the attendants got me a few chunks of cheese from first class, but otherwise, it wasn't great. I would advise travelers with Special Meal requests NOT to fly with AirCanada."

Cons: "Overhead luggage compartment in business class was poor"

Cons: "We paid $100 per person to choose our seats in advance and then when we boarded we had been bumped to a different location and my wife and I were sitting across the aisle from each other, unable to share a tablet to watch movies. The cabin crew was not helpful at all so we traded seats with another passenger who had also been bumped from his preferred seat. The entertainment system didn't work for an 11 hour flight.. are you kidding. We pressed the call button to see if it was just our inability to sign in but no crew member came. After 15 minutes the call light went off so we pushed it again, but the light was still on an hour later. We asked about it during the meal service and were very rudely dismissed. Long after meal service was finished we asked one more time to see if anything had changed and the crew member brought us a tablet to use that was loaded with movies. I'm not sure why they didn't do that earlier. Then 50 minutes before landing they literally pulled it out of our hands to store it away."

Pros: "Not much except the smooth flight."

Cons: "We were served only one drink on a four hour flight. Couldn’t find a flight attendant to get a glass a water. Had my flight attendant call button on for a long time with no response. Flight attendants walked right by while attending to other tasks and never even asked what I needed. There were a few call button lights on that never seemed to be answered. I asked for water but never received it. Rouge seems to be a very sub par airline from its Air Canada parent, as I fly Air Canada frequently and am not new at this. This airline needs to work on customer service and it’s image."

Cons: "The agent in Miami suggested I needed to eat something. He was calling me fat, and my daughter picked up on it. He also kept us waiting at the front of the economy check in line for well over 40 mins. When we asked him why he said the computer would not allow him to pull from our line. The flight itsself was delayed for over 2 hrs and was discusting. Dirty aircraft. I despise Air Canada"

Pros: "regular flight"

Cons: "did not appreciate the 2 hr delay"

Cons: "You cancelled our flight & then made the rebooking process a hastle & did not provide all available options."

Pros: "Not much."

Cons: "1. Broken arm, asked for 1st pre-boarding. Was told, “it’s over there”. That’s it. By the time I got on everyone in my section was already on. No one helped me w my one backpack, watching me struggle. 2. The crew appeared to hate their jobs. Scowls and general poor attitudes. 3. Food. Airline food in general is not good. However, this stuff was barely edible. Terrible. 4. Information. None. I had to use the APP to get any info. My connecting flight was almost 4 hours delayed - w NO info. In fact, NO GATE AGENT the entire 4 hours. After finally boarding my flight, the captain apologized for the delay because of a two hour delay in another city. Numbers don’t match - sorry. Then he announced we needed to di ice. No problem. Safety first. He said no longer than 30 minutes. One hour later we were on our way. Overall, I was extremely disappointed in my experience with Air Canada - very disappointed."

Pros: "Staff very accommodating."

Cons: "Same entertainment as last flight."

Pros: "Crew was friendly"

Cons: "Air Canada was a disaster on our vacation. Delays, re bookings, cancellations. Every thing was told to us as an excuse from the weather, flight attendant was running late, not staffed enough, need supplies on the plane, someone died, planes needing de-icing, planes too small, planes overbooked... you name it they said it! New York to Toronto, Toronto to Edmonton and return. Not one single flight was on time! We got put in a Hotel - only nice part of the trip - got Vouchers for $15 each - such a low amount!!! Didn't get our luggage with our clothes and amenities to use at the hotel - had to sleep in our plane clothes. Spend extra money we didn't have... it was awful! We will be staying away from Air Canada for awhile!"

Pros: "The flight was good and the crew excellent."

Cons: "We sat on the plane for an hour waiting for a hanger and couldn't get up as we were on the runway."

Pros: "Nice, friendly crew"

Cons: "Sold me headphones that were very poor quality. Couldn’t use them. No snacks provided on a very long flight-all was for sale. Drink was a bit more than half a cup"

Cons: "Flight back was OK but flight to Orlando was not. Travelling with s 94 yr old man in a wheelchair. Everything at Pearson is not conduscent to travel with a handicapped person. Poor layout, poor assistance, non caring people, long distances,, and final straw was air canada started boarding without calling for handicapped first. We had to stop them and then fight our way up the aisle with people all in the way. Terrible, just lousey. 3 and a half hours before flight we arrived and didn't even have a chance to get some lunch before flight. I give Toronto and air Canada the worst possible rating of any airport or airline I've ever dealt with. John O"Hearn"

Cons: "no flights between noon and 9pm. pay for snacks..on westjet they were free"

Pros: "No tv"

Cons: "No tv"

Pros: "That we arrived in Toronto and got to get off the plane."

Cons: "The flight was delayed several hours. The rows are way too close together to be remotely comfortable, and the seats themselves are tiny and barely recline. Being 5 months pregnant, I was uncomfortable the entire flight. The "entertainment" that you have to download an app for didn't work, and particularly stung knowing how much we paid for the flights, and that other airlines simply put a TV on the back of each seat that is easy to connect headphones and view. The food on our previous flight had been so terrible we didn't bother on this trip, but it looked equally awful. My husband was in the aisle seat and the flight attendant repeatedly and without warning hit him with the cart. The flight attendants varied in level of friendliness, but the ones in our row rushed through service, and did not give us the options the other row had (ice in drinks, veggie or meat options). All in all, it was kind of a terrible flight experience."

Pros: "Nothing"

Cons: "Everything- packed tight like sardines"

Cons: "This flight was two and a half hours late. We lost an hour and 45 minutes due to a mechanical problem with our airplane, then lost another 45 minutes due to a storm in Toronto. Air Canada blamed the weather for our late arrival, my missed connection and claimed no responsabilility for the fact that my trip ended up taking more than 24 hours when it was supposed to take about 9 hours. Also, there was the matter of the lost luggage which was a carry on that I accepted to have checked as the Air Canada staff seemed desperate to check our carry ons on a full flight to Toronto from Montreal. I ended up spending the night in the Vancouver airport without access to my luggage."

Pros: "Pretty standard flight...nice crew, free drink, left and arrived on time for the most part. Liked that I could check in early to arrange a seat."

Cons: "The seats could have been more comfortable. Had a couple knees in my back."

Cons: "i booked the flight in january and keyed in my passport expiration date several times online in the next several months...at the airport, i handed the air canada agent in miami my passport and she booked me and a checked bag through toronto to copenhagen...i went to board my connecting flight in toronto and was told my passport, which expires at the end of august, was no good as i needed to have 3 month left...so they refused to let me board and told me to go see customer service...so i go stand in line for several hours (was only one agent for the first 45 minutes and 10 people in front of me)...one woman going down the line to see what each person's issue was told me that it was my problem, not AC's...and that "we are only responsible for making sure your passport is valid for getting into canada"...i was on my own to find a hotel and a new flight...fortunately a supervisor saw me standing in a daze several minutes later and said that it was AC's mistake for not catching it in miami...so she booked me into a hotel, gave me the address to the US consulate and instructions on how to get an emergency passport...she said that it would be no problem as "this happens all the time"and went ahead and booked me on the next day's flight...so i was able to spend the next day getting the new passport and getting back to the airport to fly out that night, but i lost a day in copenhagen with my family...it seems to me that when flights are booked and passport info, including expiration date, are given, a simple cross check of dates would be easy, and, imho, incumbent upon the carrier taking you there, especially when "it happens all the time"...this was not done on 4 occasions between booking and my trip...there were other issues too which is why i will never fly air canada again and i will never travel though toronto...the return trip through that airport was a nightmare for many passengers."

Pros: "Nothing. NOTHING."

Cons: "It took two hours to check my bag at the airport. The plane engine needed to be jump started, and I missed my connection flight to Paris. I had to spend an entire day stuck in Toronto, sick from terrible Hotel and airport food, cheap vouchers for terrible food, I missed my traveling companion who made the flight to Paris. I left my hat on the plane after the terrible flight in which they refused us any basic courtesies for the numerous passengers who were about to be stranded, and then the grooming crew kept my hat instead of turning it in to lost and found. Best part? Customer service told me that since I booked via Kayak, that I was not a valued customer and that they would not extend any courtesies to me for destroying my work trip itinerary."

Pros: "Didn't like much about this flight. Only benefit was the price and I wish I would have paid more to fly with someone else."

Cons: "Flew Air Canada to the east coast for a vacation. They lost my bag on the way over. Understandable. Things happen. I reported it missing at the airport. My vacation has come and gone and still no bag. Here we are 9 days later and no update or anything. Their baggage center is a NIGHTMARE. I wait on hold for over an hour each time only to be greeted by someone who couldn't care less about my issues. Every person has told me something different. It is beyond frustrating. Highly doubt I will ever see that bag again."

Cons: "Flight delay of almost one hour."

Cons: "seating space too small"

Pros: "My flight was delayed and I did not get my baggage when I arrive at Boston airport.. I had no clothes or anything to wear for three weeks when I got to Boston. I complain the very day I got to Boston airport. Up till now the bag I checked in at Toronto airport has not been given to me. The funny thing is after I checked in, it was not scan at any other place except Toronto. So it got lost at Toronto where I checked in. All that am told of is the baggage can not be located. Three weeks I spend at Boston, I had nothing."

Pros: "Overall smooth flight"

Cons: "Sits are a little cramped"

Cons: "Hardly any space, 5'8 & my knees were hitting the seats in front of me. Attendant was unfriendly & neglectful. Somehow everyone got a drink except for me, then when asked for a glass of water it never did come... Made me check (my only) luggage upon boarding because attedant said it was too large... meanwhile I've traveled around the world with this exact same carry on luggage, never without a problem. Had to then wait 30min to get my (only) bag upon landing."

Pros: "Not much"

Cons: "Cramped seating. Bare bones IFE that barely works. Not even a bag of pretzels for free. Gate agents seemed baffled by the boarding process."

Pros: "Food was good and flight attendants were very professional. Our first time flying Air Canada and I was very impressed!"

Cons: "To pay so much for a transatlantic flight and have to pay $10 for an IPad on the 8 hour trip home??? It would be nice if even limited internet was included so we could use our own device. The worse experience was getting through customs at the airport in Barcelona on the way home. Only two agents available to stamp passports on a Sunday morning when the world's largest cruise ship (Royal Caribbean Harmony of the Seas) had docked earlier that morning? We arrived at the airport at 8:30 and no Air Canada agents were available to check us in until 9:00. After waiting to get through customs and we proceeded to our gate, our 11:45 flight was just beginning to load! Lots of shoving and people cutting line to avoid being late for their flight. I heard one person mention they had missed their flight, and I'm certain many others did as well. With the chaos and delay, I'm surprised altercations didn't happen. The airports/airlines need to work with the local authorities to avoid these delays and provide their customers better service."

Pros: "Everything came on time. Staff was professional during a difficult situation"

Cons: "Air Canada seems to lack organization or any coordinated effort through out the organization. They have a fully booked flight and instead of making people with hard case luggage check them they crowd them in on the same flight where there are delays trying to get peoples luggage to fit into the bins. Also through the 4 Air Canada flights flight attends were constantly running down the aisle and hitting customers shoulders and not apologizing. it was also disruptive when people were trying to sleep (these were the 3 flights going to hawaii through calgary and vancouver and then back through vancouver. Probably will not fly with Air Canada again till corporate starts considering clients."

Cons: "No legroom. None. Feels like spirit airlines."

Cons: "*jewellery stolen from check bag *flight was late *crew were rude *no flight entertainment *lost baggage Worst flying experience"

Pros: "The fact that the airline offered meal vouchers and still attempted to fly to Toronto instead of cancelling the flight."

Cons: "Although due to weather related problems. Unfortunately it made the flight delay way too long and not a good experience."

Cons: "1hour 32 min late departure flight from Miami Missed my two conection to budapest, arrived to my destination 8 hours late. Airlines lost my luggage . I missed all my bussines meeting huge lost for me."

Pros: "Nothing to like about this airline. Horrible people especially in toronto, really unhelpful, extremely rude."

Cons: "Air line decided they didn't want me to take my connecting flight. Removed my luggage without consulting with me. Offered me a disgusting hotel. Forced me to pay out of pocket for food, taxis, transfers and my own hotel choice. Staff were so rude. No explanation to why they removed my bags. I made it in plenty of time for my connecting flight but airline had just decided. No staff member was interested in answering my questions or helping. They all just wanted to sod off home. they just didn't care."

Cons: "Boarding: Late Crew: Lied to me about doing me a favor changing seats while it was me who did it online Comfort: narrow seats Food: purchasable, nothing included Entertainment: no screen available and was told an app could be downloaded just when the plane was about to take off"

Cons: "2 little kids, kicked the back of my seat the whole flight"

Pros: "Mu mil was ver y please with the trip"

Cons: "Food"

Pros: "Venice airport is in a chaotic state of reconstruction and seems to lack information services for connecting flights. As a result, I was directed to the Air Canada check in counter, which then made it necessary to re-enter the security line, followed by a massive passport line. Each line was backed up to the limits. Only by begging people in line was I able to make it to my connecting flight seconds before they closed the door. I was the last to enter during "Last Call." Nevertheless, the crew of the Air Canada flight were outstanding. No entertainment except iPad movies for $10.00."

Cons: "The flight attendants were inconsiderate of the wishes and comfort of the passengers. Food and drink were offered for sale in tourist class shortly after takeoff in the morning. Since I had just had breakfast, I asked if the food and drinks would be available later. The answer was probably not, which indeed was the case. This was on a five hour flight. When I did want food and drink, I had to go to the attendant at the back of the plane. I was able to have a drink delivered to purchase a drink, but the one food item I wanted was not in stock. (This was from the beginning, and was also the case on the outgoing flight a week earlier. I was informed that I could not use my noise cancelling headphones, designed and purchased largely for flying during takeoff and landing, but had to use ear buds, which I did not have, do not like, and as a senior with hearing aids find uncomfortable. Thus, I missed the benefit of their noise cancelling feature and much of the movie I was enjoying. On the earlier flight, one of the two toilets was unavailable, causing long waits, but the attendant in the front of the plane refused to allow me to use that toilet, which was available. When I protested, she answered the same way perpetrators of crimes against humanity did "I am just following orders." Where is the concern for the humanity of a senior citizen? Also the previous flight connections was scheduled too closely so that with security and border clearance, I was barely able to board at the last minute, thus causing a great deal of stress, no time to ear or use the toilet at the terminal, once again unhealthy stress and discomfort, no concern for the humanity of the passenger."

Pros: "Clean environment and temperature was pretty constant and comfortable. Staff helpful. The entertainment equipment worked well. This was not the case for for a number of passengers on another carrier's long flight within the past 9 months."

Cons: "There was a nice balance of food, beverages and snacks. However, the food quality was not the same as my previous flight. One meal included mashed potatoes and potato salad and I feel a green salad would have been a better balance. Taste was lacking a bit. Movie choices felt limited. This was "the" trip with the noisy, screaming 2yo sitting directly in front of me. I feel for the child and parents and feel some of the issue was the parent. Crew seemed to mostly ignore the situation. I'm a grandma so usually patient but others around me we clearly annoyed."

Pros: "That the plane didn't crash."

Cons: "When I flew to Toronto the plane left 15 mins late but arrived an hour an twenty min late. No turbulence or trouble, just late. I stepped off that plane to my connector to Paris when boarding was suppose to start but that plane was on an hour delay. The food is just horrible, anyone who has flown knows this, and on both flights first class was the only priority. They got to everyone else when it was convenient. This was my first time flying with Air Canada and will certainly be my last. I'll happily pay a little more for the other airlines. So if you fly with them, good luck to you."

Pros: "Our family of four took this nine and a half hour flight on a day when it was important we stay awake. The inflight entertainment helped. My husband watched three movies, my kids and I played games (often together), and we used the accurate flight tracker to monitor our status. The food wasn't bad at all. Lunch was either chicken or pasta (which my son and I enjoyed) and we had wraps for snack (chicken or veg, which were very good). The beverage service was good and they came around a couple of extra times with water. The flight staff were friendly and helpful. My son is special needs and they were very accommodating."

Cons: "Boarding this flight was a zoo. Instead of orderly calling zones as usual, it was an every-man-for-himself atmosphere. And then boarding was actually onto a bus which carried us out to the plane. Boarding was in front and back of the plane, but deplaning was only at the front of the plane, which took forever and we had a connecting flight. Word of advice: don't try to connect with less than two hours if you're heading to the US. We had at least four checkpoints to go through. (But that clearly wasn't on Air Canada and they, in fact, had someone at Customs watching out for us.)"

Pros: "Nothing"

Cons: "First of all, the flight schedule was changed on June 3rd, after the passenger had already left the country for her trip. The flight leaving Milan was moved up BY 6 HOURS!!! When we called the 3rd party used to book the flight, they were not helpful in trying to find a more reasonable option that was similar to the original itinerary booked. So, the passenger got to the airport at 4 am for their 6 am flight and was not able to check in because the 3rd party agency had not confirmed her seats on that flight. No one was available from Air Canada to assist with this issue. The passenger had to work with the Milan Airport information desk and they were able to find out that the 3rd party had never cancelled her seats on the original itinerary so her seats could not be confirmed on the 6 am flight they had "rebooked" her on. As there were no airline personnel to assist, by the time this was found out, the passenger had missed her flight. The person at the Milan airport information desk had to help find a different flight for her to travel on a different airline. This was the WORST experience I have ever encountered!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

Pros: "The crew were friendly and the food was pretty good."

Cons: "There was no music/entertainment provided by Air Canada. No flights over 4 hours should be without monitors for movies and/or music. Being told in-flight that we could have downloaded the Air Canada app was inexcusable as one couldn't download anything during the flight. I've been on many flights and the only other plane that didn't have entertainment or music options was going from Cape Cod, MA to Nantucket; a 20 minute flight on a Cessna. I was not expecting any music or entertainment on that flight, however. My wife and I were very disappointed in Air Canada from this perspective. We have 4 children and would pay extra on different airlines would never fly it again. We were grateful from Toronto to DFW there was entertainment, though."

Pros: "Nothing in particular. Just the staff was very welcoming and nice"

Cons: "No complimentary entertainment at all, I was bored the entire flight. Not even an overhead TVs. Little to no room at the seat. I felt very crammed and I was sitting near the window."

Cons: "No TV on an eight hour flight. Food was terrible!"

Pros: "games and movies!"

Cons: "it was sort of really hot on the plane in the beginning of the flight and opening the air didn't help a whole lot"

Pros: "Not much. This first experience with Air Canada left me thinking it must be a severe-discount carrier."

Cons: "By the end of Group 4 boarding they were already taking carry-on bags at the jetway to check into the baggage compartment. We had a 1:05 connection in Toronto to catch our flight to London. They could give us no assurances that our luggage would make the connection. Thankfully we were able to talk our way onboard and found space to store our bags. When I was finally seated I had to warn the person seated in front of me to please not recline. Sitting with my back flush to the seat, my knees were literally in contact with the chair in front of me. There was ZERO room for that passenger to recline without causing me great pain. I sat on our five hour flight in great discomfort. Adding to my discomfort was a lack of food and zero entertainment. Paying for food is fine and I did it but on such a long flight it seems abusive. Food should be provided on longer journals. That all all I could do was read was also fine but video and Internet are increasingly expected and this flight had neither. I'll have doubts about ever flying Canada Air Rogue again."

Pros: "Nice flight attendants, decent entertainment choices."

Cons: "One the first part of my journey, our Air Canada flight was running over an hour late, which caused us to miss our connection in Zurich by about 3 minutes. The gate agents weren't all that helpful, and then the re-bookng desk in Zurich (not Air Canada's fault) was horrifyingly bad. We ended up missing a whole day in Barcelona. Then, the flight back from Barcelona to Toronto was also late, causing us to again miss our flight home to Houston. Again, the gate agents were completely confusing, leading us to initially believe we could make our flight, so we ran with suitcases only to learn that we hand't made it and that we might not even get out that night (we ultimately did). Our final flight was also late."

every spirit crew member i encountered from the ticket counter at MIA to the flight crew was unfriendly, unhelpful, and unaccommodating considering that spirit delayed the flight 4 hours.

More people at check in

Aside from all the deficiencies with Spirit, charging $3.50 for a cup of coffee smaller than the free one that other airlines offer — if you’re gonna charge $3.50 for coffee— at least make it a decent sized cup - I fly a bit 40-50 times per year and your airlines is pretty pathetic

It was smooth

The flight was delayed for 4 hours due to a mechanical issue they ought to have been inspected before we all boarded. Finally boarding 4 hours later, we missed our connecting flights and didn’t arrive at final destination till 10PM after starting our travel close to 2AM

Nothing 1st Spirit flight and the last

Flight was delayed 2 hours, we did not get even a mint. The area to wait in Miami was ugly, only one restaurant-bar .

I liked that it was punctual. Airplane was clean. Crew was efficient and amicable.

The flight was canceled

The delay was awful but the crew did everything to make me comfortable

my flight was rescheduled numerous times. I was supposed to depart at 7:06 pm and ended up leaving at midnight. Very frustrating

Very bad experience

No problem with the onboard crew . I had to buy tickets again because the agent at the desk did not see my kayak purchase . The time was ticking and if I did not buy tickets would miss the flight . I will fight tomorrow with sprit or kayak for unused fares that I bought . This is ridiculous

I like the prices but I don’t like how the app allowed us to buy big seats that weren’t available. This happened on both legs of our trip

Clean

Pros: "The flight was fast and on time."

Cons: "The seats are aweful. The two crew members stood in the back of the overnight flight, chatting loudly the whole time. Impossible to catch some sleep."

Pros: "I reached my destination."

Cons: "The seats were miserable! Minimal padding, barely enough room for my legs. The angle of the back of the seat was extremely painful. I ended up with a crick in my neck!"

Cons: "No assistance with check in process. Two out of two flights more than 45 minutes late. $100 for two checked bags. Even charged $5 for water on flight."

Cons: "The check in stand for Spirit airline was in the basement of the airport, which gives off a poor vibe to start. There were only three workers at the check in counter and the one we had was not friendly at all. We were also surprised to find that there were a lot of hidden fees when using Spirit, like having to pay to pick a seat, pay for a carry-on bag, and pay for even a glass of water on the flight. I doubt I will be using this airline again in the future."

Pros: "Everything"

Cons: "The seats where a little stiff but it is still good"

Cons: "This airline charged me nearly $100 in hidden fees. When I asked a representative why how I could get my money back, she was unable to help. She couldn't even tell me why I was being charged extra. Don't waste your time with this garbage airline. Complete joke. Looking forward to promoting Southwest to my friends and family."

Pros: "Nothing"

Cons: "Worst experience ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Never again"

Pros: "The staff's attitude was very positive"

Pros: "Staff are always very professional and kind."

Cons: "Seat mates needed a bath -- BADLY. I don't think there is anything the airlines can do about that!"

Pros: "Flight crew super nice"

Cons: "Sitting in a middle seat"

Pros: "I didn't realize how they nickel and dime you for everything- we knew that luggage was extra sweet bought extra small carry-ons but because they had wheels we had to pay for them. If they have been a backpack they wouldn't have charged us even though our luggage with wheels were smaller and could fit in the overhead."

Pros: "Nothing."

Cons: "Everything."

Pros: "The staff was friendly and the person checking us in was exceptionally helpful!! He saw we had a connecting flight and made our seats closer to the exit so we wouldn't miss our connecting flight."

Cons: "I flew down on another airline and the weight limit was 50#. On the Spirit flight returning, weight limit was only 40#. I had to pay $30 extra for a "heavy" bag. I was also shocked to find out the seats didn't recline and we had to pay for EVERYTHING including water. I don't think I will purposefully fly Sprint again."

Pros: "It is cheap"

Cons: "Cramped seating."

Pros: "Nothing"

Cons: "Everything about the experience...From the 5 delays to the eventual cancellation, to spending an entire day at the hell hole that is LAX."

Pros: "5 hour delay"

Cons: "5 hour delay from sandiego. Then flew to san franscisco then to vegas. Was suppose to arrive in Las Vegas at 450. Didn't get out the plane in vegas till 930."

Pros: "Nothing. The flight attendant was really rude when she told us why we were over two hours delayed."

Cons: "The flight was two hours delayed. To make matters worse, everything was extra. My carry on bag cost more than the airfare. If I had known this in advance I would have booked with another airline. Also, given the 2-hour delay, it would have been easier to drive my car from Oakland to Los Angeles."

Pros: "Zoned Boarding. on time schedule"

Cons: "poor seat comfort, exorbitant fees for carry on, have to pay for water and coffee or tea."

Pros: "I liked that we were able to make up delayed time that was spent on the ground in the air and was able to arrive to our destination on time."

Cons: "seem to me we had to pay more for our check luggage than any other airlines. most airlines only charge twenty five dollars for one bag but you all charge fifty dollars and higher."

Pros: "Every time I've ever flown Spirit I've sworn that I'll never do it again. Others joke about how bad Spirit is as well. But this trip was hassle free and the staff were all super. Maybe I'll go e Spirit another chance"

Pros: "All of the problems started on Friday night when I was late for my flight because of the inefficiency of the ticketing counter. Due to the tragedy in Fort Lauderdale, a lot of flights were being rerouted to Orlando- which is completely understandable. But I stood in line for nearly two hours, watching no progress happen for the travelers in front of me. I watched my flight begin to board, and then I saw that it's status was closed. When I finally reached the front of the line because a nice woman stuck up for me, the lady at the ticketing counter said "why didn't you tell us?" BECAUAE THERE WAS A LINE and I'm not an animal, and therefore do not cut lines. Another woman also claimed to call for travelers with my flight, but she didn't. Furthermore, when told there wasn't another flight until Monday, I requested a refund. Travel wasn't possible for me on Monday. However, when I finally returned home from the airport, my boyfriend had found a ticket ONLINE from Spirit for Saturday. I was livid. It took three hours on the telephone to see if I could cancel the refund and have my flight rebooked for Saturday. The answer was no, so I bought it outright. Fast forward to Saturday, my dad called me to tell me that the flight was cancelled due to weather. There was no inclement weather in either Orlando or Latrobe. I spent another three hours on the phone seeking a refund- as the website only gives vouchers. I eventually got all of my money back. It took longer because Spirit was slow in issuing the refund, but I have it. Flying with Spirit will be something I will never attempt again. But you should know something is up when a company requires you to PAY for customer support...."

Pros: "We landed safely"

Cons: "Uncomfortable seats, strangely tiny "tray table," no food ir entrrtainment given so rather odd to ask me to rate those categories, overall our Spirit flights were comparable in price when all was said and do e to other airlines who offer more creature comforts built in to their fares. But we landed safely so top notch experience. ;)"

Pros: "Yes"

Cons: "Nothing"

Pros: "Nothing"

Cons: "Everything"

Cons: "A free beverage would have been nice."

Pros: "We arrived in one piece in a timely fashion. That's it."

Cons: "The rows of seats are incredibly small, to the point the man in front of me leaped out of his seat and accused me of jamming my knees into his back. I was just sitting there and I think he was stretching back into my long legs. Really, there was nothing I could do because there was no room to move my legs out of his way. And the airline DIDNT EVEN OFFER WATER! And let's not forget that we weren't told ahead of time they charge for carry-on bags, so our affordable tickets went up $110 in cost. I will never fly Spirit again."

Pros: "Fare of ticket. Flight arrived on time."

Cons: "No water, almost died of dehydration. I don't understand why it is so hard to provide your passengers with something as simple as water. The seats were really close to each other and had hardly any leg room. The seats did not recline back. There was no entertainment or power outlets. The boarding was done late as well."

Pros: "Nothing"

Cons: "My wife and I arrived at the airport an hour before our flight only to find that it had been delayed an hour and a half. We then decided to grab a bite to eat at the restaurant about 100 feet from our boarding gate. We checked our phones constantly to make sure we would not miss our flight and the updatesfrom Spirit consistently stated the plane was leaving at 8:10. When we arrived at the gate at 7:40 for boarding, the plane was taking off, despite the fact that above the gate it still indicated that takeoff wasn't for another half hour. When I asked the young gate attendant what had happened she brushed past me saying planes gone, you missed it. When she finally got her manager, who was equally as rude and unprofessional, she blamed my wife and me, stating that we should not have relied on the updates we were receiving, or the boarding time that still stated 8:10 above her head as she was speaking to me, as if to highlight the absurdity. She also told me she couldn't refund our flight but only provide us a credit, after pressing her further, it turns out she did have the authority to refund our flights, and only after asking to speak to her boss, did she do so. I will never fly (or attempt to fly) Spirit ever again, and I urge others to stay away from Spirit at all costs."

Pros: "The whole experience. Very friendly."

Cons: "No complaints"

Pros: "Nothing. Spirit charges for water on the plane."

Cons: "I hate spirit airlines. Everyone agrees that the company is satisfied with poor performance across the board. Spirit is the only option for me to see my mom in Myrtly beach. I've considered driving instead."

Cons: "Being told that the flight was cancelled after I left for the airport 2 hours away. Spent an additional $300 to stay in NY so that I could fly home 2 days later. First & last time I will ever fly Spirit"

Pros: "nothing"

Cons: "staff, checking in, the whole flight, the attendants, seats are the worst is 2016 what plan doesn't have seat that recline. then I had to pay for a small carry on since when? I spent an extra $200 to fly back on American airlines not to fly back with spirit airlines, even tho I had my return ticket already paid for. I WOULD NEVER USE SPIRIT AGAIN"

Pros: "It was a smooth flight."

Cons: "Spirit charges extra for almost everything; picking a larger seat, $3 for a soda, up to $100 for a carry on bag. There were some people that didn't know they could only have 1 free personal item, like a purse, and an actual carry on bag had a cost."

Cons: "I call the airline and they tell me that I did have no reservations and they didn't send me the confirmation number to my email address either"

Pros: "Fantastic crew"

Cons: "Don't like the seat, uncomfortable, too close each other you can't even move, not even a free water like other airlines, and the cost for carry on and other is too expensive more than other airlines"
