They need to implement a better tracking system of their busses so that people waiting for a late bus can be informed. Also, a packed bus definitely needs air conditioning. Two out of three busses had mechanical problems with their air conditioners.

Scheduled bus cancelled without any reason and we were informed like 4~6hrs "delay" while cuing in line for 30mins. No one is helpful and we have to take our own risk to exchange the ticket.

Both buses on the Chicago leg of the journey needed to be refreshed,the smell of stale urine was very evident, only the bus from Chicago to Cleveland had wifi available, none was available in the last 2 buses

I bought a ticket that went from Southside Chicago to downtown with a 2 hour layover; had I known I would have bought just a ticket from downtown. Driver was rude and abrasive for the first leg to Detroit. Phone support agents to switch my ticket were useless. WiFi didn't work on second bus. First bus was 20 min late. Overall not a great experience with my first greyhound.

I was supposed to be picked up at union station in Chicago, which is a huge building, and the instructions for where I was supposed to catc the bus were nonexistent so it took me 30 minutes to find where to go. My ticket said that I had zero bus changes and I ended up switching buses once. the stop I was intending to get off at was unavailable due to construction so I had to get off at a later stop that put me back an hour off my schedule. I know it isn’t greyhounds fault, but both people I sat next to took up part of my seat and one passenger was incredibly rude and disruptive, spraying perfume frequently, resting her whole body on me, fighting with a fellow passenger and acting very belligerent, and using racial slurs and inappropriate language on the bus at 6 am. My experience was not pleasant from start to finish for a variety of reasons.

Internal cleanliness is a major deficiency noticed. The trip from Chicago to Detroit was unpleasant as the rear part reeked of urine! Ensuring cleanliness of the bus before each trip starts is the minimum comfort that a passenger expects. Thanks

Buses are hood, staff are good too. There was more than 1 hr delay at Detroit as they mentioned that the bus broke down. Air conditioning and electrical ports work well in the bus. Wifi inside bus is too slow to use. Overall good experience.

Overall good experience. Staff were very helpful, bus departed on time and reached destination on time. Power outlets were working on the bus from Chicago to Detroit, but weren't working from Detroit to Toronto. Wifi was too slow. Seats weren't very comfortable. Bus was fully booked throughout the journey, so it was a lil crowded

Very bad customer service, lack of any needed information during travel. Bus in Chicago was late almost 1 hour, therefore we had been late for transfer in Detroit - transfer bus just didn’t wait for passengers from Chicago. All of passengers had been waiting whole night for next bus to Toronto (awaiting from 1am until 7am). No “sorry” from Greyhound, they didn’t care about our situation, we had been on our own, tired and hungry (no vouchers for food provided, or even water, nothing). Totally not recommended.

First of 2 buses was cold and dark. Driver did everything she could but the heating system was not delivery much heat and the reading lights did not function.Bus for second leg of journey was functioning properly.

It's the worst bus I've ever had in my life. The Grayhound company and its staff are unprofessional, their buses are very dirty and old as well as their stations, but the worst of all is their lack of professionalism and great unpunctuality that characterizes them. Thanks to the terrible service of this company I lost a flight and spent one of the worst nights of my life. I do not recommend any person to use this service under any circumstance, the Grayhound company has no interest for its clients nor for giving a quality service.

I changed my ticket to next day.The bus was sheduled to leave at 10:45 PM and they said around 11:15 that the bus will be late. But they didn't know how late. No other bus, no option, nothing. When I asked them to put me on the next bus they were rude. The bus eventually has left around 6 AM. We have arrived to Clevland in the afternoon, and the lay over wasn't 2 hours as planed but 8!They haven't offered any compensation, not even a meal, nothing. (At this point I didn't have any USD, because I should have been in Canada by than.) My 17 hours long trip turned out to be 35, I missed my first day at my job!Greyhound can only get away with that because the low middle class is using it, and there is no real competition on that level.

Chicago, ILBusses were always late. Some staff members were rude. Not happy with the unscheduled bus switches. Disappointed with this service.

Nice for going anywhere on the cheap side, but you should not be on a tight schedule, nor should you mind lack of sleep and be seated for long durations. Transfer time between buses can be as long as a couple hours.

Terrible service. I waited hours in a cold bus station with no sign of the bus coming. At least 3 other buses were also terribly delayed. Greyhound should be shut down. It is a terrible company. People were freezing in the cold, hungry and frustrated. How difficult can it be to get a bus from point A to point B on time? I will never use this service again.

Very terrible, bus drivers were super rude and so was the staff at the Cleveland Bus Station. My bus to buffalo was cancelled and I was not able to make it to Toronto and they were super super rude to me and would snicker to each other about how hysterical the passengers were getting. I will not be using greyhound again and will be sure to tell everyone my experience.

This bus departure was not on time, and was delayed in Detroit. Instead of arriving at 6pm in Toronto they have just departed at 12am from Detroit in route to Toronto. My aunt is a diabetic and has been on the road for over 19 hours and all of the representatives we contacted all gave false times of arrivals and departures when the bus hasn't even left Detroit. This is the worst service ever, and greyhound should be sued.

The bus was late for over 3 hours in Chicago, and none offered any reason. When I arrived at Detroit, my preset connection bus left, and I waited until 2:10 pm to get on a bus to Toronto, which was supposed to be 7:00 am. The staff in Chicago and Detroit did not function well.

The free WiFi didn't work at all , overall the trip was comfortable and fast and convenient, some of our friends didn't recommend this tip of traveling but we had the go and were nicely surprised, some of your staff had little problem how we printed our ticket so it's making his job difficulties

Would have preferred to stay in the bus during the connection in Detroit.Also really liked when the Chicago to Detroit driver established rules through the announcements on the way over. Was a good way to set a precedence and he was the only driver to do this.
